Return period

If the ordered items do not fit or please, you can send them back to us within 30 days.

In addition to the statutory right of revocation of 14 days, we grant you a voluntary right of return for all purchases of 30 days from the maintenance of goods. With this right of return, you can send the goods back to us within 30 days.

Please note that we can only take back articles that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please do not remove the labels.

Free return
You can return goods purchased from us by return stickers.

Please fill out the voucher completely and put it in the package together with the items you would like to send back.

For the return shipment, you can use the return sticker, which is simply glued to the package.
You can then submit the package ready for shipment at every post office. We will take care of the postage costs for you.
Please keep the package receipt you receive when you submit the package. This is the proof of your return shipment and also contains the package number. This way, your package can be easily tracked in case of problems.

Please make sure that your bank details are included on the return ticket. IBAN and Swiftcode.

Return Status
As soon as your return shipment has been processed by our logistics crew, we will inform you by e-mail.

Checking and processing returns packages can take a few days. We therefore ask you to be patient.

The duration of the refund of the purchase amount depends on the payment condition.

We will transfer the amount back to your bank account. Please note that the correct, complete bank account must be indicated on the return note.
Credit Card
We reserve the amount back to your credit card. Please note that the booking is usually only visible at the next credit card statement.
We will refund the amount back to your PayPal account.
